OUR PROCESS

Inspection & Review

Our estimator will survey your roofing system to identify problems that should be corrected. We will then prepare a detailed estimate, and present our findings to you.

Contract
After an agreement has been reached, we will help you select a roofing material and place your project on our schedule. If you have a hard time deciding on what shingle color to choose, we will happily nail up samples on your roof so that can see what looks best and decide from there.
Prepare the work site
We will take time to make sure your personal possessions are protected during the roofing process. This includes removing lawn ornaments and furniture, and covering shrubs, plants, decks and pools. We will have the required materials delivered to your property.
Installation

Shingle installation begins at the eaves and continues up to the ridge. We take pride in making sure that every shingle is installed properly and that our clients’ needs are satisfied.
